The Lodge
This stunning log cabin is a modern, excellently equipped, low maintenance, 2 bedroom lodge, offering all the comforts of a modern holiday home including double glazing and full central heating throughout. The property is held on a residue of a 50 year licence commencing from 2007.
It is situated on an private plot at Limefitt Park with beautiful views and maintained grounds. Limefitt Park is a 5 star park just outside Ambleside that has won several awards for its location, upkeep, facilities and overall excellence.

The Accommodation
Living room:
The living area is open plan with a dining area, comfortable lounge and a well equiped
Double doors open out onto the decking with garden furniture and provides magnificent views of Wansfell Pike and the surrounding fells.
Kitchen area
With a range of modern kitchen cupboards, gas hob and oven, overhead extractor, single drainer sink, fridge with seperate full size freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Master Bedroom
The main bedroom has a double bed with bed side cabinets, a walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with WC and basin
Twin Bedroom
The second bedroom has twin beds, bed side cabinets and a walk-in wardrobe
Bathroom
The bathroom has a full sized bath and overhead shower, WC and basin
Licence:
The current licence agreement is for the residue of a 50 year term from 2007. Limefitt Park is open from 1st March to 15th January each year.
